- I%1, lg, onion, chopped
- I%1, c, celery, cut in strips

- I%2 1/2, c, bean sprouts, canned-drained
- I%1 1/2, c, beef bouillon
- I%1/2, c, mushrooms, sliced
- I%1, T, cornstarch
- I%1, T, salt
- I%1/4, c, soy sauce
- I%5, c, white rice, cooked

- R% Heat the oil in a large skillet. Brown the hamburger, onion,
- R%and celery in the oil. Drain the fat.
- R% Add the bean sprouts, consomme, and mushrooms.
- R% Mix the cornstarch with 1/4 c. water and add. Cook and stir
- R%for 10 minutes. Add the salt and the soy sauce. Stir.
- R% Serve on hot cooked rice with additional soy sauce.
